Overleaves for 2010
Role: King / secondary Role Artisan
The King archetype within gets called into action to lead you from a higher perspective. Kings see the big picture and take action. Connect to your inner King, take an overview of your life, come up with a strategic plan and take action. This coincides with the Year of the Tiger in Chinese Astrology. Because of this powerful influence, we consider this the Year of the Entrepreneur. Excellent year for manifesting what you want on the physical plane even with the economic contraction. The secondary Role of Artisan enhances your own natural creative abilities. Americans will kick into high gear with "Yankee ingenuity" and will come up with new inventions and businesses. Innovations in green industries excel.
Goal: Growth - This goal inspires us to evolve. What inspires you? Spirit speaks to your personality through the language of inspiration. Choosing a path that inspires you leads to more love, joy and abundance. From this perspective, a deep purpose for your life will develop.
Attitude: Idealist - This Attitude supports an optimistic and visionary outlook. In combination with the King Role, it enhances your ability to see a bigger picture. On it's down side, Idealist can be unrealistic and a perfectionist to a fault. Temper this Attitude with a bit of Realist.
Mode: Observation - then sliding to one of the other six modes. In the Michael Teaching, this Mode can "slide" to any of the other Modes: Caution, Power, Perseverance, Aggression, Reservation and Passion. The Mode is how we go about realizing the Goal. Observation Mode supports your ability to gain clarity and insight about your life. Use this Mode to "Stop, Look and Listen," determine the changes you want to make this year, then "slide" to one of the other Modes to implement those changes. The trap of Observation is getting stuck looking and researching and never taking action steps. In a King year, this is to be avoided. Kings are about taking action.
The first quarter energy of 2010 is sluggish. Use this time to take an overview of what you like and what you want to change. The energy picks up at the Spring Equinox of March of March 20.
Chief Feature: Impatience - This positive pole of this overleaf is boldness. For those of you who have a difficult time taking risks, Impatience can give you a jolt of courage to move in new directions. In the negative pole, you may feel things aren't moving fast enough, get impatient and do something reckless. For those of you with the Chief Feature of Impatience, you will have to keep yourself in check because it will intensify the experience.
Center: Emotional center/ Intellectual part
Feelings run strong this year. The emotional center gets activated in humanity as a whole, causing strong feelings to be vented. The Intellectual Part, or the secondary center, helps us to put our emotions into perspective. Expect emotional outbursts with the combination Impatience and Emotional centering.
Male/Female Energy: 85 percent male-15 percent female - This year is very Yang, or masculine. Male energy is focused, direct and confrontational. For those of you with higher female energy, this can assist in focusing. The negative pole is inflexible and heartless.
Frequency: Starts out at 35, picks up to 50 at Spring Equinox, spikes higher in August/September - Frequency is based on a scale on 1 to 100, with 1 being extremely slow and 100 extremely fast. Frequency indicates how fast the economy moves, for example. We initially start the year at 35, which is sluggish for a Warrior nation of "doing." By the Spring Equinox, the pace picks up to 50, which is balanced energy: not too fast, not too slow.. We will stay at 50 for the rest of the year except for intense "spikes" in August and September. We will discuss those in depth later.
